Miso Soup at Home

EN: I could eat Japanese food every single day and it would still remain one of my favourite indulgences of all time. It is definitely my most loved cuisine and it is impressive how a small country like Moldova can have so many Sushi bars with awfully tasteful food. Thanks to my mother’s sister, who lives not far from the Russian border with Japan, I am sometimes delighted to see Japanese food in the parcels I get from home. Being a foodie since I can remember, I tend to use my free time in the kitchen, trying new recipes… I will definitely be one of those wives who prepare chicken-something-with-avocado-and-quinoa-seeds-in-a-exotic-something-sauce for dinner. 😀
My last “revelation” in the kitchen was a Miso Soup with seafood prepared at home. I don’t really know how easily , if possible, can Miso Soup be found in the food stores around the world, but I would say that London should definitely have Japanese stores that sell it.
For those who don’t know, miso soup usually comes in little packs and are prepared with hot water. They sometimes come in a set with condiments. The recipe is more than easy:
1. Put the miso paste in warm water.
2. Take some frozen seafood (I bought the ones from Tesco) and fry it on a pan (with no oil), adding a bit of garlic powder.
3. Add some condiments and the seafood to the soup.
4. Enjoy, get mind-blown.

RO: As putea manca mancare Japoneza in fiecare zi si oricum nu m-as fi saturat.
Fiind o обожорэ un foodie adevarat, imi petrec timpul liber in bucatarie incercand noi retete. La sigur voi fi una din sotiile care isi intimpina sotul la cina cu pui-cu-avocado-in-ceva-exotic-in-sos-nu-stiu-de-care-cu-garnir-dubios. 😀
1. Dizolva pasta Miso in apa calda.
4. Savureaza din plin.
