Blueberry Smoothie on the Go


EN: 2015 was a very generous year… 11 kilograms generous (24 pounds) :D. So the first thing that came to my mind when I was writing my resolutions for 2016 was changing my nutrition plan completely. I found many nutritionists and recipes to start this path. The first recipe I want to share with you is of a smoothie that is prepared very easily and doesn’t require too many ingredients. You will need:

  • 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice (I used a celebrity slimming powder.)
  • 1 banana
  • 150 grams blackberries

Mix them all together until smooth and voila! You’re good to go. This smoothie only has around 250 calories and it keeps you full for a quite amazing amount of time. I had one before work on Friday and I swear I didn’t feel hungry until long after lunch time. Try it and tell me if you liked it! 🙂

Deci, nu e de mirare ca cel mai important scop pentru 2016 a fost o schimbare totala in ce mananc si cand, impreuna cu un abonament la sala, desigur. Fiind inca in proces de cautare, cercetare, dau peste nutritionisti si retete cu care nu pot sa nu ma impart cu voi. Prima reteta e un smoothie care se face simplu si repede – numai bun pentru diminetile lenoase. O sa aveti nevoie de:

  • 1 banana
  • 150gr de coacaze
  • 1 lingura de pudra proteica cu gust de ciocolata
  • 240ml de lapte de migdale fara zahar.

Le amestecati pe toate intr-un blender si voila! Micul dejun e pregatit. Smoothie-ul are aproximativ 250 de calorii, dar va promit ca alunga foamea pentru ore bune. Sper sa va placa si Bon Appetit! 🙂
